Found a new one at MSRP

Hello, I am potentially looking to buy a 2023, 2024 or 2025 Rallye Red CTR.

My offer is simple:
I will pay $500 (minimum) more than what Carmax or Carvana is appraising on your vehicle. For single owner examples, I may pay as much as up to $1,000 over what Carvana and Carmax are offering depending on the miles and applicable modifications that I prefer (ie PPF).

I am an all-cash buyer - I will not be using a loan or financing. I am locating in NE FL in the Jacksonville/St Augustine area.
