Interesting inserts on inside of rim on the new Civics

Found these interesting pictures of the inside of a rim of a hybrid European Civic from a Belgian Honda dealership.

Dunno if its the same on the North American models?

I've seen them on some Honda in the US. I don't remember which one.
They're resonators for noise reduction.
