Stock FL5 Civic Type R rear motor mount with PowerFlex 70a inserts. This provides 2 setups for non-Type R owners:
  • Comfort: Remove the yellow inserts and use the mount in the stock Type R configuration. No vibrations. No engine rocking when shifting at cruising speeds. Wheel hop between shifts when accelerating aggressively (drag racing).
  • Performance: Install the yellow inserts. Minor vibrations under 1,500 RPM (idle, reverse, slowly letting off the clutch). No wheel hop if stock or basic bolt-ons.
Installation can be done when doing an oil change! Pick up in Orange County, CA. USPS charges $20 to ship Priority Mail.

Yes. As a Type R owner, you should just buy the inserts for $40 ebay, Amazon, or PowerFlex.
