Since you just picked it up, you should take it back to the dealer and let them make it right for you.
Of course they checked it off on my PDI sheet, makes me real confident in the rest of it.It sounds like this was missed during PDI as it is obviously a required item. Maybe the dealer can get with you on a video call to save you a drive if it's something simple they missed?
If they determine it's simply broken then you should be able to just take it to any dealership and have it fixed under warranty I'd assume.

I figured you just were not pressing it. Operator error lol.Took it to a local dealer. Wasn't plugged in...all good now. Not sure how that happens / doesn't get caught.
