Can you use the CARB version on a Canadian model?

Im debating getting a Flashpro but don't want to fork out the extra $200us for the non-CARB. I just want to set it and forget, and this seems the way to go. I know that I can get a Ktuner V1.2 for the same price, but it seems as tho the flashpro is much more user friendly...

As long as your ECU is compatible you can use it, but will have limited ability to make adjustments to the tuning with the CARB version.
