5 Channel Amp Install - 2022 Civic EX

I will be installing a 5 channel amp to install four component speakers and a sub. I will be using 9 wire to run line level inputs from factory head unit to speaker level inputs on the amp. My issue right now is planning the wiring from the amp back to the doors.
Does anyone know if the rubber door jamb boot has molex adapters or are the wires just going straight through to the interior of the doors?
