24 EX Alloy Wheel Touch Up?

Had a little curb scrape. Was able to sand out most of the mess but now I'm left with some patches of shiny bare metal right next to the undamaged part. The difference in "shade" is a bit more noticeable than in the pic. What's the best way to finish this so it matches as best as possible.

I've had decent results with auto parts store clear spray paint for wheels.
For best results, use 2K clear coat in a spray can (automotive paint store or Amazon). However you must use protective gear and ventilation with 2K, which is a 2 part coating similar to Imron.

Thanks... Does just the clear coat bring the color of the repaired area back to the same shade as the rest of the wheel, or do you need some kind of colored paint to match before clear coat?
