Here is probably the easiest and least risky way of installing coilovers or springs without damaging the axle seal especially the driverside.

RIP RS-R coilovers. Only had it a couple months and this message popped up today. Visually inspecting all 4 electronic damper connectors they are dry and looks ok. Have not plugged in an obd2 tool to collect dtcs yet.. don’t have that tool. Driving around, the struts seem good..
