Yeah take of that under shield, one the A/T it was a super pain and I had to pull it out from underneath. Plus when you drop something, you can find it. Follow the tutorial online. Take your time. You'll be fine.

It's pretty quiet at idle, a little noticeable with a rev, can hear it mostly under boost as the turbo spools. Someone with a good go pro should get a video. It's pretty cool. It was a bitch to get the old airbox out, I'm never putting that POS back in. I wanted to cut it up for about 5 mins...

Right there with you, I ordered my catless dp/fp combo the Sunday before last. I'm hoping they just ship the intake at the same time at this point. Then I'll just install them together :)

Yeah that's mostly the reason due to over oiling, AFE makes good filters.
