Evap isn't affected by the O2 system. When they go in and disable the catalyst sytem in the tune, the heated o2 (which is the up stream or 1st sensor is never disabled) shows ready, as does the secondary o2 (it isnt really disabled, It's just disabled from throwing the codes for the catalyst...

The failure on the readiness depends on your state. Texas allows 1 system in the "Not Ready" status. So if anyone is worried about it, check with your local laws on inspections.
