Do you have any sound videos of yours by chance? What’s weird is some people say they didn’t hear the noise until recently. Others say they hear it off the lot brand new. I see fk8 and fl5 both have the same noise (not everyone) Guess I’m confused how some people hear it all the time brand...

The knob was from a company called Raceseng. They were in business for quite awhile but unfortunately went out of business earlier this year I believe. I'll prob never get rid of this knob now just because of that reason.

Waiting has finally paid off. Their fk8 shifter was phenomenal. I ordered this, this morning and it shows it arrives Tuesday! Hoping to install as soon as I'm able. These guys make the best shifters on the market.

mine did shortly after I got it but it was due to a shorted/pinched wire from the heat shield getting hot against the wire. After that no issue.

I didn’t install them. Had a friend at a shop do them. 1 hour front and 1 hour rear it took him. It was his 2nd set he’s ever done so he was more cautious and took his time. Car was on a lift of course at the shop. I’m sure you could do it quicker for someone who has done many of them.

yes I got mine from black hawk Japan as well. Took them a few weeks to deliver though.

It shouldnt throw any codes. I have mine unplugged in my R since I purchased the car and no issues. Did same thing on the fk8.
