Took a bit of risk with this setup, as I couldn't find anyone running the same suspension. Thes are RSR springs, with 18x9.5+38 and 275/35 tire.
The RSR's sit lower than sportlines or swifts, so was concerned about potentially rubbing particularly in the rear. Ended up with zero rubbing...
+1 for @NSXavier at PrecisionRS had him install some springs for me today, after reading all the horror stories of people popping the axle out. Was looking to find a shop that had actually done the install around here before.
I wanted it done right, and as meticulous as possible and he did not...
I think you'll really like the car, I came from a G80 as well and not dissapointed at all with the type R, it feels like a very special car. I don't notice any torque steer stock.
If you're gonna tune it, the intercooler is a must from my research.
p&s interior cleaner is my go-to typically for all cars, smells great as well.
i purchased carpro innerQD this time around, cuz they have a claim it prevents the static dust from clinging which i seem to have a problem with, so will be trying that out.
I had this on my ZL1, which is like the most stolen car in the country. I really liked it, was simple, to install/use. It says they have it for the civic but doesn't specify Type R. I will reach out to them to confirm, if so may go this route...
do you have more pictures of this, particularly a side view. I'm looking for something like this where the red still peeks through.
Do you know if they used xr black or xr plus film, trying to avoid the blue hue ideally.
