All resolved! Sorry for the lack of conclusion. Reseating the hoses for the intercooler system seemed to actually do the trick. I think it was a boost leak at one of the hoses. I spent a few days afterwards being wary of giving it WOT. Left it at the dealer for them to triple check everything...
