  1. Type R (or soon-to-be Type R) owners, what else did you drive?

I’ve owned at least thirty cars over the years but I’ll keep my list short and somewhat relevant. Also, not in any particular order. 2G Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 2G Mitsubishi Eclipse GST 2G Eagle Talon TSi AWD 8th Gen Honda Civic Si Sedan 9th Gen Honda Civic Si Sedan GG Subaru WRX Wagon GV Subaru...
  2. All Season Tire recommendation

Running PSAS4’s here in Chicago. No noticeable difference so far. Weather’s been fluctuating between 60-75deg.
  3. jarretpcurry’s Garage

Very poor photo of the New Wheels and Tires.
  4. PSAS4 or DWS06+

I have previously always run separate sets on all of my cars. Recently purchased a set of 18” TE’s and didn’t want to buy ANOTHER set of Summers. I have Summers on my Evo and that’s the car I generally take out for fun. I don’t plan on driving the Type R in snow but I’ll probably daily it until...
  5. Saint Charles, IL Body Shop

A&L in Palatine as well. Top Notch.
  6. PSAS4 or DWS06+

Throwing PSAS4’s on my TE’s next Wednesday. Don’t drive my car too often but Chicago weather demands All Seasons at the very least.
  7. Lug nuts for aftermarket wheels?

Ordered a set of Iconix myself. Never knew Lug Nuts could cost that much.
  8. jarretpcurry’s Garage

Ordered Tires, Lug Nuts and Hub Centric Rings. Went with Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4’s in 265/35ZR18. Picked Project Kics R40 Iconix for Lug Nuts.
  9. PRL Intake Sound

Why wait? It’s just an Intake.
  10. 90's Kid Dream Build

Those look neat. I’ve been using these Jack Stand Adapters for a while now. I might have to grab a set of those blocks to accompany them. https://forsvaraengineering.com/shop-1/ols/products/pinch_weld_standard_jack_stand_adapters
  11. jarretpcurry’s Garage

Just ordered my first set of TEs from System Motorsports. They likely won’t be mounted until next year but I decided to pull the trigger since the +38/+45 Offsets have been discontinued.
  12. jarretpcurry’s Garage

Threw the PRL High Volume Intake on today. What a sound difference.
  13. jarretpcurry’s Garage

Correct. I didn’t feel like snaking wires through the headliner. The front was super easy to install and the footage is just as good as any “name brand”. They’ll be here in Chicago this or next month but I don’t think I could stand the heat.
  14. jarretpcurry’s Garage

Front PPF done. Just need to bring it back for a wash and inspection in two weeks. Now considering Ceramic Tint.
  15. What did you do to your FL5 today?

Swapped my Garmin Dash Cam Mini 2 for a FITCAMX. Clean OEM+ look.
  16. jarretpcurry’s Garage

Scratch that. Did NOT like the Garmin App and my OCD didn’t approve of something hanging from the windshield. Not even the tiny Mini 2. Swapped it for a FITCAMX. Install was a breeze and their App is similar but faster to respond.
  17. jarretpcurry’s Garage

    Garmin Mini 2 installed today.
  18. Tux mat clutch issue

I second this. Thought it was my shoes at first.
