Working on the car last night and the original metal screws were in extremely tight. One of the phillips head screws stripped.
Does anyone have part number for the phillips and flat metal screws for the metal skid plate?
The only ones I've found were from a 10th gen, which look to be the...
I agree.
Any good modern synthetic is going to have a strong additive package and most of the “break in” is happening in the first couple of hundred miles. Not that parts won’t continue to wear and mesh with each other, but my practice has always been to change oil earlier on to remove the...
That's probably true. This is where I wish Konig had some of their flow formed options in desireable sizes for the FL5. They are lightweight and inexpensive.
In that case, the EC7 would be a good match for what you're looking for. A little less weight, more desirable 18" size, and allowable...
Fair point, however compared to the EC7s, you are losing around 3lbs of unsprung weight on each wheel. And the EC7s are nearly 70% of the sunk cost of the forged set
For a little more money, Apex just released their forged SM-10RS in 18X9.5 +53 which would still meet BS rules (+/- 7 degrees of offset allowed). Those wheels are on sale right now for $2200 and weigh about 18lbs, which is a sizeable drop in weight over OEM. They are backordered until July...
When comparing turbo heat blankets to reduce underhood temps, has anyone tried or compared the Funkmotorsports turbo blanket?
Seems to be much nicer than the lava blankets.

I'm not really interested in the Mishi tank, so I'm considering the Radium or the new 27Won expansion tank.
I'm familiar with Radium, but not 27Won as a manufacturer. About the same price; which would you choose?

I took a one-way flight to Georgia to pick up Type R 19223 and then drove it 6 hours home!
Absolutely love this thing and Nalley Honda of Brunswick did a fantastic job! :)
