I strongly prefer the original by a landslide. The red is what truly defines the interior. Now, it just looks like an Si with aftermarket seats and parts. Good luck keeping that dash and other components clean. It’s a downgrade in every way.

I haven’t, but I wish it were available in the US. I split my time between the US and Thailand, where I own the GR Yaris. In the US, though, I prefer the Type R over the GR Corolla.
