I've dealt with their products before, you just have to pull back on them as you roll up the windows. Took me a good 5 or 6 times. Then once they went all the way up I left it for a good 12 hours. They work great now. Just takes patience. Check their video instructions on YouTube, it helps a ton

I made a post update about this today, I ordered a set directly from Weathertech. Figured I would make a wave and get Weathertech the attention they deserve. All of the visors I have seen look pretty awful to me except Weathertech
