Check in the handbook of the wrench and see what the lowest setting it will go down to. Many of the cheaper torquwrenches do not go low enough and that is why I bought an expensive one (workshop tool for my business).

You need to have a proper calibrated torque wrench to ensure that the bolts are at the correct setting. My 1/4" wrench cost over £100.00 but is worth it to know that my vehicle is properly worked on.
