Just did my first Ktuner reflash over the weekend. I'm a certified moron and was able to get everything to work within 15 minutes. You won't have any trouble with it.

Talked to them this morning - they’re shipping everything with the down/front pipe is ready....first time I’ve had a company hold everything under these circumstances. I will life with it, but a little forewarning goes a long way in cases like this.

I get that they might have shipped the item that was ready. That isn’t the problem. If I get an email notice saying my “order” shipped, it’s a reasonable assumption on my part it all shipped unless the seller tells me otherwise. In this case, I was told nothing - I’m supposed to assume....and...

I spent $2200.00 Wed (3/6) on an order with PRL and received one item today. But, I still haven’t been given any information about the rest of my order. Nothing, Nada. Does anyone know if this is business as usual for PRL?
