  1. Softcore Rear Motor Mount Setups (inserts)

Thank you for sharing! Both parts are for FL5? Seems that there are a lot of variables and it can get confusing. For all I know the 8th. gen. mount that I filled with window weld some 15 years ago may also fit, lol.
  2. Softcore Rear Motor Mount Setups (inserts)

Are you using the Type R insert with the Si mount? I wasn't able to find an insert for the Si.
  3. Does Map 1 on the Phearable 1.5R tune offer a meaningful difference over stock?

Sorry, it's been a while since I used the Phearable tune. I thought map 1 for KTuner was 16 PSI. I used map 2 for the most part. Phearable tune is very linear and shifts are extremely smooth. I think it actually hits the claimed PSI, unlike stock. It drives like a completely different car.
  4. Does Map 1 on the Phearable 1.5R tune offer a meaningful difference over stock?

Yes, there is a difference. I don't think the 23 PSI is going to do damage if used responsibly. For me the reduced rev hang along with the start/stop delete made the tunes worth adding. I'm basing this on my experience with my 10gen. hatch. I drove it on a 24 PSI tune with no problems and that...
  5. PSA. 2025 Si, Eibach PRO kit, rough ride

I see, that explains it. The Si needs at least 6 kg/mm in the rears.
  6. Civic Si Lowering Springs Eibach vs Swift

I have the same springs and completely agree and staying firmly with stock offset. Nice to see that are used by HPD. Any info on what shocks are they using?
  7. PSA. 2025 Si, Eibach PRO kit, rough ride

What are the spring rates for these sets?
  8. PSA. 2025 Si, Eibach PRO kit, rough ride

Strange, I have the Swift Spec R springs on my 2023 Si and they are head and shoulders above the ones I've tried before them handling wise and the way they manage to work with the stock shocks. Probably the more compliant 2025 shocks have trouble controlling them.
  9. Civic Si Lowering Springs Eibach vs Swift

The ride is very good for a lowering spring. Also the handling is the best of the ones I've tried in normal or spirited driving. Less body roll, less dive under braking and so on. Lower COG is definitely helping in these conditions. Unfortunately lowering the COG changes suspension geometry and...
  10. Civic Si Lowering Springs Eibach vs Swift

I have the Swift set and they are very good for a lowering spring handling wise. I don't have any experience with Eibach springs. Keep in mind that lowering springs aren't really matched with the stock shocks and they can be unpredictable when close to the limits because they completely wreck...
  11. New here! 2025 Si

For me, when it comes to FWD fun to drive in an inexpensive package, the Mazda3 is hard to beat. At least before the latest generation. Before my 2018 Civic Hatch LX, I also drove an entry level Mazda3 hatch. Even after installing Si springs on the Civic it still wasn't as fun as the Mazda3...
  12. New here! 2025 Si

Welcome and Congrats! This is a great platform, although the Mazda3 is an amazing handling commuter car.
  13. The Tuned 11th gen Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

Thank you for the detailed report. Have you noticed any difference in fuel economy with the heavier oil? What springs are you using. Car looks nicely planted...
  14. The Tuned 11th gen Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

Thank you! Also, very appreciative of you starting this thread! Hope more people would report.
  15. 2025 Civic Si Refresh Gets Aggressive New Styling, Stiffer Chassis, Heated Seats & More Tech Features

Is there any way to find out if they are valved to support stiffer springs?
  16. 23' Si Build so far, maybe some useful info

Completely agree. I have the Q300 on my 8th.gen and sometimes is just too much. Not to mention that intake and exhaust don't do squat for FI cars.
  17. The Tuned 11th gen Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

Hope is ok to ask if anyone tried both OTS tunes from TSP and Phearable. Are there big differences in drivability and fuel economy?
