I ended up with this lip, had a shop do some minor “modifications” and had to drill into my bumper for it to fit, installation at the shop only took like an hour.

You should’ve just called them earlier or sent an email they have awesome customer service from what I’ve experienced. But also what did you order, not all items may have been in stock so they may have sent the item that was ready.
