Yes one file. Yes tiered off. Flash your car first. Forget about slots. Tiering is controllable by holding down cruise control for 3 seconds and letting go. Then you press the arrow keys and you will see the tachometer raise or drop depending which direction you are pressing. Once your tach...
the parking break has an auto-release?
Goddamn I remember reving and feeling stooped that I forgot to take it off.
I imagine you wear that sucker down and also burn up your clutch if you forget to take it off.
Then again not sure what brake hold we are talking about here lol
I only have the TSP Stage1 and PRL Cold Air.
Don't really plan on modding this car anymore as I already have went all out on my EvoX.
So technically I should be around 237whp/280wtq (93oct) maybe slightly more with the cold air
I do slip WOT.... the the point where the tach needle just hangs...
Which setup have you tested that didn't throw the CEL?
Was the car flashed to Honda Factory Tune when testing for said CEL? (no tuning solution)
How hard was the car pushed?
Did you have to adjust the clutch pedal?
I'm 99.9% sure Derek mentioned on FB that VSA is only half-way turned off with this tune as if you just pressed the button.
He mentioned that pedal dance is still required to turn it off fully.
I'll take your word for the launching ^_^
One VSA is checked the other VSA isn't.
What is the difference?
I'm thinking about turning traction control back on.
I think that's why the car feels a little different when pulling out in first.
I am running PRL cobra and I think the tune is locked to the recommended throttle padding either way.
I'll play around more with trying to shift to 2nd without being in boost.
Then I'll play with 3500-4k rpm shift (in boost) and see if I just need to feather out the clutch slower.
Then I'll see...
The tune feels great, but it feels like I need to learn first gear all over again.
Seems like no matter how quick or slow with the clutch I am, it bucks the car violently on in first.
Do we still need to take our time with the clutch in first?
I think part of it has to do that I shift at...
Okay let me rephrase that. I'm going to assume a sensor is disabled somewhere in the tune to guarantee that the car won't freak out for the people that are running catless.
If I switch to MAP1, that sensor will still be disabled, therefor not leaving the car in a "true ready state" when the...
So MAP1 is just factory style driving, but the car still isn't in a READY STATE when it comes to emissions testing. We still have to flash the unit to the true factory map.
Question @Two Step Performance.
P0299 & Misfire Monitor is still disabled on MAP1? Or does it truly bring everything back to factory?
I'm only asking because when it comes time for emissions testing, I don't want my car to be in "not ready state".
Also is it true that it is boost by gear for...
