I have an si and mine came out. I dont really remember having too much of an issue with the lid or having to push to make it work, the screws all pretty much went right in. The only thing that bothers me is constantly having to keep checking the intake for what happens next, I'm just waiting for...
I'm glad somebody brought this up, I'm also missing bolts on the lid area as well, only 2 but I'm sure the others are on the way out. Not sure how as I also barely push this car and I torqued them down like I was supposed too. The only way I noticed was because I do check the filter every now...
So I finally got around to installing my intake today, I wasnt going too but I accidentally dropped one of my cable bushings while installing the acuity ones and couldn't get to it without dropping the skid plate or taking most of the air box out.
First off I didn't jack the car up, the 2...
The stock boot should fit, like others said I had it on my 9th gen and it worked. But to be honest I got rid of the boot and ran it without one, it was too beautiful to cover up, plus I like purple so that's a plus. I still have my 9th gen shifter from them actually and all the parts I ordered...
I'm not sure if this has been asked before, but I have acuity everything waiting to install them, but I forgot to order the base bushings. I however still have my old 9th gen si base bushings from when i got there short shifter kit. Will the 9th gen base bushings work on my 10th gen? I've yet to...
I definitely already downloaded! And looking at them made me ask the question, it seemed it was only to get the old air box out and I've seen people do it without getting under the car. But if going under makes it easier then that's the path I want, I just want an easy install, or somewhat...
Thanks for the reply! I'll figure something out, I had planned on installing it today but it's too damn hot anyway and not having the ramps doesnt help. But if it's a pain with them then I dont wanna imagine it without them.
They said on Instagram there making other options as well. I'm assuming and hoping there's a purple. I'm also good with anything that ISN'T that ungodly stock chrome collar.
I can't wait to see what you guys come up with for the 10th gen civic. I had your stage 1 shifter kit for my 2012 civic si, and it was simply amazing! Everything from the short shifter, the bushings, the shift knob, all the way down to the t-shirt it came with was all quality. I would gladly buy...
