I have mines and @bouford shifter assemblies set at everything shortened (height, throw, and gate spacing) we both had the acuity base bushings, gate arm, and spring upgrades done to our oem shifter assemblies as well as the cable linkage bushings installed but this full acuity shifter upgrade...

Those would do the trick if you wanted to go 265/40. Being taller and wider than oem you could probably get away with running a 18x9.5 et45 and up or even a 18x9 et50. The only possible limiting factor for clearance would be the front strut cups where the spring sits depending on width and...
Depending on what width and offset the ce28s will be you could go taller in theory without clearance issues. Not sure who makes a 265/40 since most sizes after that are a 275/35 or 25.6” oem diameter but if you do find one it should be about a 2.1% increase in speed over oem diameter.
I believe it might be total weight savings among all 4 wheels combined. If anyone can confirm the weight of these wheels that would be great. But for the price per modulo wheel you might as well look into a set of 19” nsx front wheels or Volks and call it a day that is unless you have the funds...
