I authored this post where I provided instructions on installing a FK8 spare tire kit into a FL5.
I had it all installed but I never ended up needing it so I’ll sell some of the parts here.

hello. I am attempting to narrow down my brake situation.
I will be swapping to Castrol SRF brake fluid, and also want to update the brake pads.
The car sees mostly slow driving through city/suburban streets throughout the year. I take it to the gym, grocery shopping, etc.

The FL5 does not come with a spare tire -- instead it comes with a fix-a-flat kit that many find undesirable. Scouring these forums there are several messages of FL5 owners hopeful that Honda would release an official FL5 spare tire kit. There are many alternatives to retro-fitting a spare tire...
Hello -- I am requesting help on removing an interior item. The picture below shows the two trunk tray mounting points:
The underside of that section looks to have these "one-way" plastic clips (picture taken from a spare part):

I have a beater that gets alignments performed at Firestone through the lifetime alignments program. Paid $160 and have had like 15 alignments performed throughout its lifetime.
I'm a bit worried taking a new Civic Type R to Firestone -- should I take it to a performance shop instead?
How was your CarPlay experience been?
Have you disabled the in-car navigation?
What percent of the time does it connect normally?
How often do you experience hiccups with the system?
How do you lift your car up for servicing (e.g. oil changes)?
Do you use a low profile jack and jack stands? Race Ramps? Something else?
I'm particularly interested in those that have Race Ramps so if you could share your experiences I would appreciate it!
Now that it's been a few months, we have more owners of the FL5, and the weather is starting to clear up, is there any desire to organize a drive/meet?
