I ended up doing both. I forgot if I had to do both or just right side, however, I just took my wheel, transferred the wiring harness + switches. I have a scratch on my switch on the left side, so I want to get rid of it soon so it looks minty.

Yeah honestly not bad at all. I will see if the new cluster works from the (2025 SI). Prefer not having the suspension information appear, but you just click it and it goes away. Also the yellow needles are a nice touch on this cluster.

That is what I used 77901-T20-H020 - Mine had an extra zero on the end. The controls are honestly the same on Honda's with these dashes. The civic (CANADIAN) however, would be different because of the heated steering wheel, plus switch for the heated steering wheel.

You will not only need the correct buttons but the harness as well that is inside the steering wheel. I already tested this on the FL5 vs '24 Civic Si. Other switches that may work is the sport trim level as they got the digital cluster. My FL5 cluster is still working perfect. Got 54.7 MPG...

I'll keep this thread alive. Ha, still loving each day the Type-r cluster in the Si. Everything works as it should.

Only can be programmed if cluster has zero miles. My car is off by like only 800 miles, 764 miles on the cluster I got, and like 1450 on my car.

Yeah I get that part, but curious the need for ACC, either way not a big deal. I installed one on a 2023 Civic Si this weekend. used the ACC> from B45, and power feed from B9 (B+ power) from the under the dash fuse box.

Curious why they have a ACC feed and a full time power going to it? Strange isn't it?

Both trim panels have to come off (the vent ones) then two screws on top of the cluster come out, lower the wheel, remove bezel, bezel hider, 43 screws to the cluster and two connector, dont forget that the harness attaches dont he side of the cluster too, pop that push pin out

So hoenstly I do not think the inserts just come out - their supersonic plastic welded jsut like the type-r door panels.. So I will be selling as a whole unit 250.00 each panels they have 1500~ miles on them. And what do you mean about the cluster getting a new type-r one or?
