I might increase gate spacing and see what happens. I had a hard time with one of the cable mounts so I thought I messed it up causing it to be hard to shift

Just installed the full short shifter and with almost everything to the shortest setting. It's hard to shift from 2nd to 3rd. I gotta muscle it compared to other gears. Any ideas?
