I went to the dealer. They told me they tested 3 other civics; two from 2022 and the other from 2023 and they all made the same noise. Therefore they concluded this is just the way it is.

I have noticed the reservoir level keeps going down. I have to add about a small glass size of liquid once per year.

I still have the vibration noise. I used to think it was the piece you push to change the height of seat belt but I am now wondering if it is the whole piece, meaning not only the part that is pushed but the whole piece itself. I am still trying to see what will stop the vibration noise.
