Correct, fit perfectly as is. Altogether with the kit and tire it was under $300.

Just put my spare tire with kit in today. Spare kit from HondaPartsNow: $177 Spare tire from Tire Rack: $131 Local tire install: $40 (forgot to give them my tire stem so paid for that). Tire is 125/80-17. Thanks to OP for answering questions I had!

Yeah unfortunately I just got an order update and the spare tire [not the kit] is out of stock from Honda. :( I'm going to buy that elsewhere.

Just fyi, if you type in the part numbers in any of the HondaPartsNow or other sites, it's cheaper than buying straight from the dealer. Came out to $277 shipped to me in FL. Edit to include part 06421-T38-A01 has been replaced to 06421-T38-A00.
