Picked up the car the other day, apparently it has had the subframe lowered and the solution was to place it again more "carefully". Not sure if the technician was telling me a story to avoid having me blow up or if that is indeed true. When I drive it, I keep trying to find differences on the...
My car was pulling to the left the second I got it out of the dealer. Back in and waiting for news, I also lost confidence on the steering.

You are then noticing an anomaly at high speeds only? I noticed the issue at low speeds and the VSC was coming on while cruising at no more than 30 mph. They did do the alignment but they did not mention anything about the steering sensor. I hope they give you a clear answer and solve the issue...
hi guys,
So I picked up the car today after the steering recall, after minutes driving I noticed the car felt weird, it was pulling to the left and I was getting the traction control indicator blinking at times on the dash. I turned around and drove back in. The technician took the car for a...
Thanks for the comments. The letter on the steering rack states for the FL5 model the steering box assembly will be replaced and the one on the pump just talks about inspection and replacement upon judgement from the technician. I will post back once I get the repairs done.
Morning! not wanting to cause any click bait. Past Monday I got 2 recall letters for my 2023 FL5 - High pressure fuel pump and sticky steering.
I found this video on the latter - - but not much information on the former, which scares me due to fire risks. I called the dealer immediately and...
I am going to address the elephant in the room.

Thank you all for the great inputs, I feel like I need to drive many more old manuals to really be able to build a picture of what is out there.
Just to clarify, "notchy" vs "buttery" on the way the gear engages or the traction behavior once you re-engage the clutch?
Manual 992 GT3 is up on...
Back to the pedals and shifter, I get a feeling that latest G80/82 and G87 have highly similar feel to that of the F87, I really want to test drive an S2000 now and the manual version of the 992 911 GT3 is king.
you just have to love Japanese engineering, not the interior plastics though...
Hey all! thanks for the comments, I did enjoy how we wildly went off topic to cover other M cars and the S/T 911 (pictures please, I can change the thread name if necessary).
Having digested most of your comments I will try to explain my sensations jumping in and out of the M2C and FL5 day to...
hi all,
There is a topic I have been wanting to post about. It is the MT feel for the FL5 compared to the F87 M2C. I love how smooth the FL5 is on traffic, as if you could not tell what it is capable of doing on track. The clutch release is linear and it is impossible to miss the spot where...
