Would this part need a tune, or am i safe to run it without a tune in the meantime with no CEL? Does the dent interfere with its intended performance?

I am also curious about this. I want to get some 18x9.5 +35 (CE 28) with 275/35s on Spoon springs? I am wondering if that set up rubs... would removing guide pins be enough? Also curious if a 265/40 or 275/40 would rub. want to fill the gap as much as possible without ay rub.
