I did get a CEL during the install, but it since cleared after I fixed the issue. It’s possible it was storing it and only fully cleared on the reflash. however, I didn’t see any codes in the hondata app before I reflashed, so I’m not sure if there’s a better way to check (I have a code scanner...
reflashing the tune got the pops and bangs back. thanks for that suggestion!
I have no clue why it lost them in the first place though— I didn’t disconnect the battery during the install.

I’ve had my FL5 on the 93 octane Hondata basemap with the ITS pops and bangs enabled for a couple months, but once I installed the PRL high volume intake, I don’t get pops and bangs anymore.
does anyone know why this could be? do I have to adjust anything in the tune to accommodate the new intake?
Anyone have the Milltek active exhaust valve controller for their FL5? I’m considering getting it, but seeing as turning the valve open/closed can be done with the fuse trick, I’m struggling to decide if it’s worth it to get the controller or to just do the fuse dance every time I want to...
