Hi @onepointsix, I am new to the forum and looking to buy a FL5. In your above posts, both Maple Honda and Classic Honda show "Trade in". What does that mean? They only sell the car with a trade-in? Thanks.
Welcome! Generally it means that they'll accept a trade in. But there's always dealer shenanigans, so you never know unless you contact them for details. GLWS.

I see, I will contact them next week, thank you!
Not to rain on your parade but Maple Honda stopped taking deposits ages ago. These cars just go onto Cargurus and other sites automatically but are already sold.

Thanks for the info. I do see the car listed on its own website. Will call them and give it a try next week, thanks.

Most times yes, but worth the attempt to contact regardless.

True, only thing is Sudbury is almost 4hrs from where I am..
For sure, but because of how rare they are, a lot of members got their cars away from highly populated areas. In my case as an example, I’m in the Toronto area but went a rural area outside of Montreal to get mine, and I had deposits in Toronto August 2022, none of which came through.

Makes sense, I'm waiting for someone to get back to me from the dealership so we'll see what happens. I'm also in the Toronto area :)

For the folks in Toronto, what's it like driving the car in the winter on Gardiner or 401? Trying to get a feel of how practical the car is in traffic during the winter.

Traffic doesn't get as bad in Calgary although Deerfoot is getting messy.
