Got mine, its pretty good, the paint finish on the brackets is so so. Several spots of the red paint came off when I took the plastic off them. Not a big deal though since I need to touch up a few spots i dinged on them when locking down the nut that goes under the bar itself for the bracket. Make sure you have a 17mm open end wrench, I had to go get one since my specialty box wrenches wouldn't fit in there between the bracket. Now that its on its very secure and I will see if I feel any change on the drive to work in the morning. Yeah contact Pro Civic they are usually really good on getting back, keep in mind depending on where you are some areas have delays on shipping due to weather. Least that is what both Fed Ex and UPS show.

So on the drive to work this morning (which is a lot of curves and hills) I noticed a slight change in how the front end felt.. granted nothing major but this is just a strut bar so was not expecting anything different than the one did on my old civic

Time: ~10-15 minutes job if you follow the installation video

Tools: Yes, you need all of them.
1. 14mm socket rachet to remove the existing nuts
2. 17mm socket to install the outer nuts (provided by the kit)
3. 17mm wrench to install the nuts under the strut bar
4. 8mm hex key and 14mm(?) socket to tighten the bar

Conclusion: I can definitely feel the difference with the new strut bar. Simple installation with noticeable result.
